Water Collection Gutter
A gutter for collecting water with a simplified water drain
1. Purpose
To collect all excess water.
2. Points for use
Applicable to areas that uses water for wash-down of production equipment.
Mounting procedure
(i) A gutter is installed on the equipment.
(ii) Brackets with wing screws are secured on four sections of the bracket to be installed.
(iii) Stainless steel pipe is assembled on two sections on the inside of 2 gaskets installed on a plate.
(iv) The configurable length screws, stainless steel pipe frame, and nuts are inserted through the two sections of the outside of the section (iii) on a gutter, which is then placed on the U-shaped area of the bracket (ii).
(v) A gasket is press-fitted on the bottom surface of the equipment and secured with nuts.
(vi) Water is drained by removing the plug from the gutter.

> Screws should be selected to achieve good overall balance because the water draining plate is not heavy.
